Amy Ozimek received her B.S. from Cornell University in Human Services Gerontology and a minor in Economics of Housing for the Elderly. She has been a member of the National Gerontological Society of America since 1990.  Amy is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and holds her certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Amy has over 15 years’ experience in home health and hospice, with a 10-year focus specifically on private duty homecare. Amy has revamped multi-million dollar private duty agencies utilizing a two-tiered approach. That is, the development of aggressive sales marketing strategies while simultaneously creating a structure of operational efficiency. Under her direction, agencies have seen upwards of 20% to 30% growth annually.

Amy’s operational efficiency approach includes development of accounts receivable benchmark standards which decreased one company’s aging AR from $1.4 million to minimal AR in 30/60/90 day categories. Creating successful, quality-focused private duty agencies which keep seniors in their home continues to be Amy’s career mission.
